Inside Sales Agent
We’re searching for enthusiastic Inside Sales agents to join our Movement Insurance team! Do you have strong persuasion skills? Do you love building relationships with clients and closing deals? Do you love and value people and enjoy helping them protect themselves against the every-day risk? We want you!
As an Inside Sales Agent at Movement Insurance, you will be a contributing factor in the success of our company-wide book of business by helping clients diversify their insurance portfolios. You will be responsible for communicating with our current client base to cross-sell insurance products and creating valuable relationships to increase brand loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with current Movement Insurance clients to renew and expand their insurance portfolios while obtaining best coverage and pricing
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling within specific territory by tracking, following up on and closing sales through text, phone and/or email to achieve production objectives
- Educating and communicating with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based, client-focused process
- Understanding various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions
- Updating client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate
Skills Preferred:
- Enthusiasm around the role insurance plays in helping people manage everyday risks and working through / recovering from the unexpected
- Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable managing client escalations and ability to solve problems creatively
- Open to coaching with the need to continuously grow in your position
Role Requirements:
- Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days
- Inside sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or similar role
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid US driver's license with the ability to travel by car
The expected salary range for this position is between:
$47,000.00 - $92,500.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
