Are you a highly organized individual looking to join a dynamic and growing team? We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our New Business team. This role will focus on the onboarding of corporate entities, including formations, transfers-in, and ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements for entities and their related parties, such as directors and shareholders. You will interact directly with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding while adhering to local regulations and industry standards.

About the role

  • Coordinate the formation of new entities and manage the transfer-in of existing entities.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate collection, review, and maintenance of KYC documentation for entities, directors, shareholders, and related parties.
  • Conduct due diligence checks in line with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents with local authorities, including the Registrar of Companies and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate client records within corporate databases and ensure proper filing of documentation.
  • Act as a key contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing updates and responding to queries.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and third-party service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including compliance, legal, and accounting, to ensure the smooth onboarding of entities.
  • Record and monitor time charges, assisting with billing and debt collection.
