The team includes 400+ employees with clinical, contracting, finance, IT, analytics, operations, product development, and community-based expertise.

MSHP is a fast-growing business unit within Mount Sinai and is looking for team members who:

Within MSHP, the Behavioral Health team is responsible for design, development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of strategic programming that promotes efficacious and effective integration of behavioral health services across the health system. Through these efforts, MSHP’s Behavioral Health Team aims to deliver sustainable and scalable, culturally competent solutions that improve clinical outcomes, improve patient and provider experience, and lower the cost of care.
