Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Data Scientist to developing Generative AI-based solutions, data driven applications, statistical and machine learning models as well as enhancing our understanding of people data patterns and trends.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a position within the Research & Insights team, which focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve productivity, enhance the employee experience and shape strategic decision-making on talent.

What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate on the creation, development and evaluation of GenAI-based solutions to enhance internal HR processes
- Leverage large language models and traditional natural language processing techniques to analyze and improve the services provided to employees
- Construct and refine machine learning and statistical models to answer research questions relevant to informing business strategy related to workforce and talent analytics
- Ensure the operational and functional excellence of existing solutions to deliver a seamless client experience
- Work closely with colleagues and business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions

What you'll bring to the role:
- BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI development, data science or statistics, experience in natural language processing, large language models and/or generative AI is a plus
- Skilled in Python and understand various data sources and technologies such as relational databases, data lakes and APIs
- Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with DevOps principles including version control, Git, CI/CD and basic Linux commands is a plus
