As a Cyber Mission Management Lead, you will orchestrate the Firm's strategic threat intelligence communications and reporting to senior and executive management, coordinating with internal technical specialists to provide a comprehensive picture of the Firm's response to an ongoing cyber risk or threat. You will also play a critical role in promoting our cybersecurity strategy, working closely with internal teams, and external partners to ensure we stay ahead of the latest threats and regulations. This is a Lead Cybersecurity Operations position at Vice President level.

What will you be doing?
- Support MMC's daily activities and contribute to the team's critical mission by acting as the key point of contact in the region.
- Support the Mission Management Cyber Threat function in coordination with Cyber Threat Intelligence including the direction and coordination of day-to-day operational delivery of threat intelligence, threat hunting, vulnerability management and malware analysis.
- Work closely alongside all other cyber security functions supporting the continual improvement of wider capabilities.
- Brief senior stakeholders and the wider internal cyber community on the current threat landscape.
- Track and manage internal cyber metrics and collate relevant information on triage/remediation to summarize for leadership consumption.
- Provide expertise through the development and use of analytical products to assist mitigation practices at a tactical and operational level.
What you'll do in the role:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of MMC's strategic reporting priorities and contribute to the team's critical mission by acting as the key point of contact in the region.
- Manage a team of MMC strategic intelligence analysts.
- Work closely alongside all other cyber security functions supporting the continual improvement of wider capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement of security tools and processes.
- Develop security metrics and reporting for senior leadership. Brief senior stakeholders and the wider internal cyber community on the current threat landscape.
- Track and manage internal cyber metrics and collate relevant information on triage/remediation to summarize for leadership consumption.
- Provide expertise through the development and use of analytical products to assist mitigation practices at a strategic level.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of intelligence analysts effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity / threat intelligence function.
- Excellent ability to translate complex cyber issues to relevant audiences, both verbally and written.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience liaising with a variety of technical and business stakeholders for effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Excellent knowledge of adversarial cyber actors, including their TTPs and the adversary lifecycle.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and threats in the cybersecurity landscape.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Experience working in an Investment Banking environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on stakeholder engagement in related roles.
- Relevant Security/Intelligence related certifications a plus.
- Working knowledge of security frameworks and models, including MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience with Power Automate platform, Power BI, SharePoint Online.

Salary range for the position: [$150,000 - $190,000] Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
