Data Analyst

You'll do:

•    Provide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projects within the Workplace Analytics Team
•    Establish strong work relationships with team members across geographical locations in different Wealth Management functions to support strategic initiatives 
•    Liaise with Technology partners to understand the data source and suggest enhancements as needed
•    Build, monitor and review data models and conduct analyses based on specific requirements
•    Create and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements and the data pipeline
•    Work on the development of Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for reporting to senior management and business users including Financial Advisors
•    Prepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievements
•    Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges

You have:

•    0-2 years of data or business analytics experience
•    Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter personality with a strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
•    Advanced written and verbal communications in English
•    The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine business partner needs and create purpose built solutions
•    At least Bachelor’s Degree 
•    Great presentation skills

You might also have:

•    Data visualization experience (Tableau, QlikView etc)
•    Experience with SQL, DataIku
