Chief of Staff – COO - Enterprise Technology & Services

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Chief of Staff to support the ETS Chief Operating Officer.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Principal Tech Admin Office position at a Vice-President level, part of the job family that supports Technology leadership drive strategy development and execution through analysis, governance, and delivery enablement.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Work with the leadership team to identify creative solutions to a wide-array of opportunities and challenges

• Develop, analyze, and and present executive level insights in response to senior management requests

• Lead cross divisional coordination of high priority COO efforts (e.g., strategic planning, annual budget planning, etc.)

• Coordinate with partners in Tech COO, Finance, Sourcing, and Human Resources to develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the role:

• College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy and excellent writing skills including the ability to tailor messaging to all levels of the organization

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize time accordingly

• Strong process management skills and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time

• Ability to interact comfortably at senior levels of the organization while also being a contributor to the team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the COO as they arise

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

• Technology, Finance, or Strategy background a plus
