Description
TRA team is a global organization providing technology solutions for data routing across the regions, working on a combination of regional and global solutions that support the firm's data routing regarding to compliance regulatory analysis, trade enrichment and settlement, algo analysis, and reporting functions. All cash and derivatives, some FID, FX trading flows across whole Asia are sending data messages to our TRA system, which means we need to build not only a fast but also, more important, a reliable and stable system for catching ad-hoc data requirement on daily basis. Furthermore, TRA not only provides coverage for all the data requirements in each region, but also contributes to a series of global strategic data routing solutions. The primary focus of the team is on delivery of outstanding solutions to our internal reporting/data clients. The candidate will be dedicated to develop trade reporting gateway products/toolings to support business expansions in EMEA as well as support infrastructure level setups. He/she will have chance to learn a broad set of businesses conducted at the firm including securities sales and trading, wealth management and fixed income, OTC, etc.. This role will be focusing on development of new features with C++, as well as business enablement with XML configurations, testing, deployment and production support. Being able to program with C++, familiar with Linux deployment and firm internal infrastructure is a must. Regular interactions with users to collect requirements and resolve production issues is required. Being able to communicate business requirements and technical solutions with the business teams is a must. Being able to write script/tooling to help with automation and testing is preferrable. Working experience in fin-tech industry is preferrable but not a must, we will provide training on the business, but expect the candidate to pick up quickly and efficiently. 

Skills Required:
•    Strong UNIX / Linux skills 
•    Good knolwdge and experience of programing languages: C++
•    Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
•    Knowledge of Networking, Data Structure, Database is required
•    Experience of Scripting (Perl, Shell, python, etc.) is preferred
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Experience of Agile/DevOps
•    Experience with large-scale distributed systems
•    Be comfortable to take integration works to support the business
•    Be comfortable and adept at expressing your ideas in meetings, design sessions etc.

Advantageous but not essential:
•    Knowledge of Finance
•    Experience of working with colleagues in remote locations
