What you’ll be doing:
- Aggregate data from various sources to create visually appealing, automated dashboards that support CX leaders in improving retention and upsell goals.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends, with a focus on scalability and automation.
- Support leaders with ad hoc analyses, while also building reusable analytics frameworks to reduce manual work.
- Develop dynamic and interactive visualizations that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Engage closely with QA on data validation, actively seeking opportunities to incorporate AI and automation to improve data accuracy and reduce manual interventions.
- Align with RevOps/Sales/Market-Intelligence and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent data hygiene, logic, and governance across the organization.
- Drive process automation initiatives that enhance data accuracy, minimize redundancies, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, RevOps, and product teams to ensure that data solutions are scalable and aligned with long-term business needs.
- Organize large and decentralized datasets into structured, scalable models that enable deeper insights and efficient decision-making.
- Advocate for a product mindset, identifying opportunities where data products, automation, and self-service analytics can enhance business outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in a SaaS organization with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and integrating it with analytics workflows.
- Proven experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, etc.) and an understanding of their automation capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, automated solutions.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, particularly around data strategy, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and agile work environment.
- Strong technical acumen, with an understanding of ETL processes, data engineering best practices, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams at various levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Power BI (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with a focus on automation (e.g., Power Query, Macros, DAX etc.).
- Experience with Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for data automation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Alteryx, Snowflake, etc.) to streamline reporting and analytics workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for designing scalable, automated solutions that enhance business efficiency.
Monotype is expanding globally. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is desirable (not mandatory) for this role: German, Japanese, French, Spanish.
