In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.

How you will contribute

You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

QA feladatok koordinálása, részvétel a belső auditokon, támogatja a QCMS, HACCP, ISO auditokat

  • Minőségellenőrzés a gyártás során:
    • Összes termelési feljegyzés – technológiai, takarítás, idegen anyag, nyomon követhetőség, PP és sPP dokumentációk megfelelő kitöltésének ellenőrzése, nyomon követése.
    • A minőséggel kapcsolatos akciótervek és a nem megfelelő termékek nyomon követése: azonosítás, gyökér ok elemzése, javító és megelőző tevékenységek kezdeményezése, hatékonyság ellenőrzése.
    • Napi szintű bejárással felügyeli a GMP és zóna besorolási alapelvek betartását. Aktívan részt vesz a GMP auditokon, nyomon követi a feladatokat teljesülését
  • Ellenőrzi a termékek minőségi megfelelőségét, biztosítja, hogy megfeleljenek a leírásoknak/követelményeknek. Nem megfelelőség esetén a problémát eszkalálja az adott terület vezetőjének.
  • A QA eljárások betartásának ellenőrzése, dokumentációk és utasítások (munka és takarítási) jóváhagyása, naprakészen tartása együtt működve a szakterületekkel.
  • Minőségügyi fejlesztés a gyártósoron a kulcs teljesítménymutatók javításának érdekében.
  • Termeléssel kapcsolatos statisztikai kiértékelések, hibaanalízisek készítése
  • Fogyasztói reklamációk kezelése
  • Munkakörülmények, biztonságos magatartási formák ellenőrzése (BOS, 5S, QOS)
  • IL6S:
    • Aktívan részt vesz az IL6S bevezetésben, támogatja a pillérek munkáját
    • Mint QM pillér tag, részt vesz a megbeszéléseken, valamilyen rendszer gazda szerepet vállal
    • QM pillérrel kapcsolatos tevékenység koordinálása
  • Tréneri feladatok
    • Új belépők oktatása (Higiénia, GMP, HACCP)
    • Reklamációkból adódó oktatások tartása
