We are looking for a Senior Mobile Team Lead to lead multiple teams in the mobile group, leading mobile infra, product, quality and scale.

You’ll join the management team of our fast-growing group based in Tel Aviv, Israel, that leads the Monday mobile apps. Monday apps serve hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, while being an essential and important part of our product.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will be leading and accountable for the team's health and growth, performance, impact, quality, tech, architecture, execution and culture. Collaborating with tech leads, you will build and support an amazing team of great engineers, in a squad with design, analyst and the product manager. As the Senior Team Lead, you will drive team composition and people’s growth, roadmaps and impact, process and culture in the team, and influence the group as part of its management team.

• Scale the development team - recruiting top talents, mentoring, building processes, engineering culture, etc.
• Managing and mentoring multiple team members and tech leads.
• Be both a technical leader and people manager.
• Set clear expectations and context to create a positive work environment based on accountability and ownership.
• Work closely with the ״Builders״ in Monday - product, designers, and developers - to execute our roadmap as well as keeping constant communication with the client-facing teams.
• Our stack - Swift, Kotlin, RxSwift, Combine, Coroutines, Room DB, Swift UI, Compose, node.js, Ruby on Rails

• Proven success record managing teams in hyper growth tech companies.
• Impact-driven, and business-oriented. Passion for building high-end products and cultivating great engineering culture. 
• User and product first, creating delightful experiences with high user satisfaction
• Ability to scale out the team, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring.
• Experienced in both complicated and common mobile architecture patterns of high concurrency and scale, in a multithreaded environment.
• Problem solver, with ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent communicator with ability to convey a message in a structured, purposeful way.
• Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment..
