- Turn ideas into products—help define, build, and iterate on core features that make a difference.
- Own the full development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Develop high-quality mobile and web applications, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
- Work across the stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend applications.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to build and refine features.
- Drive technical excellence, maintaining high coding standards, writing tests, and ensuring best practices in CI/CD and DevOps.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on mobile-first applications.
- Proven track record in building end-to-end products and a strong passion for product and production.
- Strong mobile development expertise in at least one of the following: Flutter, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin (Android).
- Team player—empathetic, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for craftsmanship, user value, and data-driven impact.
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must—we value super talented people regardless of formal education).
