Senior Full Stack Developer

The monday.com Business Engagement department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who excels in high-throughput development and possesses a passion for translating imaginative ideas into impactful products. 

Our multi-disciplinary group is focused on creating user-facing products that drive the monday.com platform towards its next stage as a multi-product company and a leading force in the work management environment. 

Joining our department as a Senior Full-Stack Developer means taking ownership and playing a pivotal role in driving the monday.com long-term vision by creating platforms that enable user-to-user engagement and professional development on top of the monday.com product suite.

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by a thirst for innovation and a passion for exploring new opportunities.
• Ability to work autonomously, owning features end-to-end from planning to deployment.
• Knowledge in TypeScript and Node.js, familiarity with React, with expertise in building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Advantage for candidates with hands-on experience in AWS, Git, relational databases, and other relevant technologies.
• Adept at translating creative concepts into tangible features that align with our product vision.
