The Project Delivery Manager will manage high-complexity projects from initiation through delivery to closure. The monday.com team is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join the Professional Services team to work with our global customers. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete unique projects according to scope. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand & enable execution of their requirements for a successful implementation project or for a custom use case design project.

The Professional Services team sits within the Customer Success Group under the Client Services umbrella. We are a small (but mighty!) team looking to scale throughout this year to provide paid implementation services to our most strategic clients by fitting our service directly to their needs. Projects in our team are completed by our amazing Implementation Consultants, but we need additional skill sets to fill the roles of Project Manager and Solution Architect!


The Project Manager will be assigned to a variety of professional services projects to ensure stakeholder alignment (both internal & external), manage project plans inclduing timelines & billing, as well as mitigate risks and escalations. This persona is organized and detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator!

  1. Own PS projects portfolio for EMEA region:
  2. Develop, optimize, and maintain delivery standards to be executed by our internal and partners teams - project assets, process definitions and documentation, procedural playbooks, and monitoring mechanisms - using both monday.com and SFDC
  3. Manage customer expectations, verify project scope, and closely handle all aspects of the initiation phase of the delivery.
  4. Act as the central point of contact for our clients concerning project status and progress
  5. Manage and assign relevant resources to the project and track resource management reports
  6. Develop, maintain and be accountable for projects' project plans accuracy and updates - including driving project syncs with our clients
  7. Project monitoring:
  8. Own the success of our portfolio health - monitor project progress, send and analyze CSAT survey during and after delivery and provide inputs to clients and partners when needed
  9. Be accountable for accurate reporting done by our partners and internal stakeholders on the project progress
  10. Closely track projects marked as "risked projects" to successfully mitigate any risks during the delivery
  11. Track hours utilization against project scope and provide status updates to clients
  12. Be accountable for accurate logging hours by all external & internal stakeholders in collaboration with the finance team
  13. Closely monitor the closure phase of the project to ensure project is closed on time with high client satisfaction and be accountable for proper handover process to monday account team
  14. Manage customer escalations - coordinating with customer, monday, and partners stakeholders (e.g. - Executive team, sales, CPM, account team, partners etc.)
  15. Communicate and develop reporting mechanism to provide visibility to all level of satkeholders, both internal & external, on the portfolio health status - including projects statuses
  16. Manage billing and admin-related aspects of projects, including - generating Sales Orders (or supporting AE/AM in doing so) and monthly invoices (to both clients and partners) in collaboration with the finance team
  17. Pre-sales -
  18. Manage incoming requests and be involved in pre-sales converations regarding professional services - from scoping to managing the commercial aspects
  19. Work and facilitate, with monday legal team, on SOWs for custom PS work
  20. General
  21. Act as liaison to the sales group
  22. Work closely & collaborate with PPMs, ICs, SAs, PSEs, Sales (AMs, AEs, SEs), and CSMs to ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery from scoping through seamless execution and handover



  • 1.5 years at monday.com and previous experience in a customer-facing project-oriented role.
  • Experience in project management roles in an enterprise B2B environment or experience from consulting companies, experience with client manager-Must
  • Demonstrates progressive experience with project management and leadership 
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Experience in leading projects involving hands-on implementation and management of multiple resources.
  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and manage unique flows. PMO / PMI certification - an advantage
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Understanding of APIs and other integration methods ( RESTful, GraphQL - advantage) - an advantage
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
