Senior Group Product Lead (Work Tools)

As a group product manager you will be in a great position to make a real impact on the entire company. You will manage and grow a team of top product managers, and help us deliver innovative solutions at scale. You will drive the strategy for a portfolio of products to create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, develop go-to-market plans and business relationships to maximize the potential value we can deliver to our employees, customers, partners and investors.

• Your focus will be the core experience of our product, that serve as a shared layer across all our products: dashboards, analytics, docs & the communication layer And our new standalone Knowledge base product we plan to launch soon
• Define big visions based on market trends and customer needs into tight narratives, and work across monday to execute successfully
• Build lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and impact
• Influence, manage and work across the organization- from other, customers, to developers, and leadership

• you have a wide experience with the complex needs of platforms that serve a large number of customers. You are experienced in creating platform roadmap from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy and leading execution. 
• You are able to set & achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment. 
• You have six years of experience as a manager of product managers and managers, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talent. Advantage for working in high growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
• You communicate well. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams and products without “formal” authority.
• Experience in SaaS - must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
