The Office of the CEO is a unique multidisciplinary team within monday.com that uses a robust toolbox to advance company leadership’s prioritized agenda and key projects through design, product, data analytics, data science and engineering. Members of the team are leaders in their respective domains of expertise collaborating with senior partners all across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge visualizations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, graphs, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate complex data and insights.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data visualization and front-end development to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively enhance visualizations based on user needs and preferences.
- Champion best practices in data visualization design and front-end development within the organization.
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer with a strong front-end development orientation.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Demonstrated experience in creating visually compelling dashboards, graphs, and 3D visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with data visualization libraries and tools such as D3.js, Plotly, or Three.js is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in data visualization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - advantage.
