Im Bereich Instandhaltung / Reliability Engineering bieten wir die Möglichkeit, aktiv an Projekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung mitzuwirken und wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln.Während des Praktikums werden fundierte praktische Kenntnisse erworben, die eine gezielte Vorbereitung auf die berufliche Zukunft ermöglichen. Eigenverantwortliche Aufgabenbearbeitung wird mit einer umfassenden Betreuung kombiniert, um eine optimale Lernumgebung zu schaffen.
Das Pflichtpraktikum mit einer Dauer von ca. sechs Monaten richtet sich an Studierende, die ihr theoretisches Wissen in der Praxis anwenden und sich neuen Herausforderungen stellen möchten.
Responsibilities Include:
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsprozessen:
- Ist-Analyse und Ermittlung von Optimierungs-Ansätzen
- Digitalisierung mittels Power Apps und Sharepoint
- Automatisierung von Prozessschritten mittels Power Automate
- Einarbeitung von Anforderungen aus dem Werkstatt- und Ingenieurs-Team
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Predictive Maintenance Strategien:
- Entwicklung von Modellen zur Diagnose und Prognose von Schäden
Die beschriebenen Aufgaben werden nach entsprechenden Anweisungen und unter Fachaufsicht erledigt.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (m/w/d) der Fächer Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Studiengang
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Power Platforms Umgebung und der Kopplung verschiedener Datenquellen, z.B. über Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Sharepoint
- Großes Interesse, Prozesse zu optimieren
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 Tools, v.a. Excel
- Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Technisches Verständnis
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Bevorzugt bringst du mit:
- Erfahrungen mit VBA-Programmierung, SAP-PM, Power BI
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
