You're a good fit if you're an engineer with...
Strong logical reasoning and the ability to simplify complex problems. You can build clear mental models and approach complicated systems methodically.
Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and general systems fundamentals.
Demonstrated experience architecting or contributing to systems that solve complex business challenges — especially around scalability, distributed systems, and large data volumes.
A willingness to just go figure stuff out :)

Compensation & Benefits
For this role, the salary range is $200K to $325K base salary + initial equity grant + annual performance-based equity bonuses. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
