Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our India-based team. You will lead the development of reliable, performant, and scalable integration services that power the next generation of healthcare interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact software systems, ensuring they meet both business goals and technical excellence.

• Own Outcomes: Drive deliverables that meet functional and non-functional criteria; proactively pivot and lead changes when outcomes aren't aligned.

• Global Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across different geographies to ensure a unified technical strategy.

• Elevate the Team: Identify and implement best practices, efficient operational processes, and technical solutions that raise the bar for the entire engineering org.

• Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through insightful design and code reviews, and by providing dedicated coaching to junior engineers.

Skills & Requirements

The Essentials:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership.

• Tech Stack Mastery: Exceptional skills in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful services.

• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functional lines and with global, cross-geo teams.

The "Plus" Factors:

• Healthcare Domain: Experience with Healthcare Interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR is a huge advantage.

• Full-Stack Mindset: Experience spanning backend, frontend, and operations (DevOps).
