The Opportunity
We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building secure and scalable backend systems. In this role, you will work with modern technologies and containerized environments, collaborating with experienced engineers on solutions designed for demanding and security-sensitive environments.
This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while continuously developing your skills in backend development, cloud-native technologies, and cybersecurity-related domains.
What you'll be doing
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django
Build and optimize APIs and backend components for scalable platforms
Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture and development practices
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain high standards of code quality
Support system reliability, performance, and security
Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and system improvements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in backend development with Python
Strong experience with Django
Experience with Docker
Experience working with Kubernetes (preferably with Rancher)
Solid experience with Linux/Unix environments
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab)
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Familiarity or experience with cybersecurity concepts
Experience with vulnerability scanning and analysis
Experience with Elastic / Kibana
Experience working in security-focused or high-availability systems
