Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA, USA, Vandenberg Village, CA, USA

Work Location: onsite

• Review, analyze, and understand technical documentation/baselines for our capabilities and various mission systems. 
• Communicate basic technical understanding and business case to mission system owners and internal client leadership.
• Lead teams on capability deployments, may include travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites. 
• Determine and report metrics to promote efficiency and continuous process improvement to deliver capabilities faster.

• 10+ years’ experience with MA/MS; 18+ years with BA/BS 

• Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command
• Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (SSC/SZWO) program office

• Bachelor’s degree, BS preferred; MA/MS desired; with MS/MA, 10 years’ experience required

• Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with SCI eligibility.

• Place of work is Vandenberg SFB, at Government site. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 20%.
