Junior Model-Based Systems Engineer

Location: Lexington Park, MD, USA

Work Location: onsite

• Self starter to performs tasks with minimal guidance up to the level of leading the execution of complex tasks.
• Learning/demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.
• Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan and design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
• Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
• Applies beginning systems engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
• Initial analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and evaluation of software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military systems, associated support systems.

• Must be working towards a degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university or hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university. Additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience in Systems Engineering with Model-Based Engineering/digital Engineering applications and technology is required.
• IT related certifications preferred
• Must have minimum of minimum of four (4) years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering/Digital Engineering applications and technology.
• Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator is preferred
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and able to obtain a TS
• Must be a US Citizen
