Workplace Type: hybrid

Mobileye is looking for a passionate and experienced System Validation Architect to lead the definition and evolution of validation methodologies for complex multidisciplinary systems. In this role, you will combine deep system-level understanding with extensive validation expertise to drive platform validation strategies, identify technical risks, influence architectural decisions, and ensure the quality, robustness, and reliability of our products throughout the development lifecycle.

What will your job look like?

  • Develop a deep understanding of the system architecture and its implementation across all platform features and domains.
  • Define, own, and drive feature-level and platform-level validation strategies, leveraging positive, negative, boundary, fault-injection, robustness, integration, and architectural validation methodologies to ensure comprehensive system verification and risk mitigation.
  • Derive and define platform-level validation requirements, methodologies, coverage models, validation criteria, and acceptance criteria that complement and extend existing system requirements.
  • Identify validation gaps, testability challenges, architectural weaknesses, and technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
  • Review platform architecture and design decisions, providing validation-driven feedback to improve quality, reliability, robustness, and testability.
  • Influence architectural decisions through validation findings, root-cause investigations, technical analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead root-cause analysis of complex system-level issues and drive resolution across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for validation-related architectural discussions, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with system architects, developers, and validation engineers to ensure validation considerations are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement of validation methodologies, tools, processes, and coverage across the platform.

All you need is:

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar technical leadership role in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading system-level validation activities, defining validation methodologies, validation strategies, coverage models, and verification approaches for complex products.
  • Proven experience in investigating complex system-level issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution across multiple engineering domains.
  • Experience working closely with system architects and influencing design decisions through validation insights and technical recommendations.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand complex interactions and the propagation of effects across an entire system.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex architectures and identify risks, gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities for improved validation coverage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Deep technical curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and mentor engineers across disciplines.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge in new technical domains.
  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
