We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Validation Department and manage the validation of these leading products.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll lead our validation activities of our leading autonomous driving products, delivering to world class automakers. Mobileye delivers full stack automated driving products. From sensor, through chip, board, perception, mapping and application design and development. The complex nature of our products requires a huge amount of validation activities as well as constant innovation in the methods we deploy for evaluating our performance. Your will take ownership on the validation of one of our leading products and make sure we reach its deadline with a clear understanding of the product's quality prior to world wide deployment. Your success will be critical to the success of our organization.

What will your job look like:

  • Keep a real-time status on your product's quality, aggregating insights from all the validation teams testing your product.
  • Own the internal validation department's R&D plan that will guarantee the ability to support your project (development of methods, tools, process, environments, and training of teams).
  • Be a single point of contact for your product between the validation department and the rest of Mobileye. Own the communications to the company wide stakeholders and to the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project validation requirements and establish validation strategies that meet customer needs.

All you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on autonomous vehicles or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading validation teams for complex engineering projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English a must.
