Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our R&D Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving various business-critical projects. As a TPM, you will play a vital role in implementing the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.

You will be needed both broad and deep. You will creatively guide process and technology improvements that reduce friction for engineers and proactively address issues that help Mobileye meet a range of customer needs. Working alongside multiple internal engineering teams, you'll help set and drive priorities and address critical blockers in a fast-paced environment that directly impacts the products.

You will manage the development and implementation process of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products in the latest Autonomous Vehicles (AV) Hands off (L2+) and Eyes off (L3), as well as monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, organizing the inter-departmental activities to ensure success in completion and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record in engineering and management roles on products that combine complex algorithms and platform capabilities with customer requirements. Duties and tasks are varied and challenging, needing independent judgment. Outstanding communication skills and cross-discipline collaboration are necessary, as are self-awareness and a problem-solving mindset. Relevant experience is essential, but also your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Mobileye is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need a Senior Technical Project Managers (TPMs) who can do the same.

What will your job look like:

  • Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
  • Communicate and build rapport with senior executive's technical and non-technical team members.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
  • Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
  • Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
  • Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
  • Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.

All you need is:

  •  B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
  • 5+ years of enterprise commercial software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company
  • 5+ years in managing/leading Software development teams for embedded systems (e.g., Linux-based systems, Real-Time software, Camera/sensor-based systems)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactively working across the organization to drive issues to closure.
  • Availability to travel abroad.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
