Description
Mobileye is looking for an outstanding SW Engineer for the Devops CI and Build Group. In this position, you will develop Backend SW to be integrated to CI/CD pipelines, build systems and SW infrastructure interfacing with Devops infrastructure and tools. This position is essential in enabling speed, quality and continuous delivery for all Mobileye Algo developers. The Devops CI and Build Group is part of the Algorithmic Department which is responsible for developing Mobileye's advanced algorithms. The Algorithmic department is essential in providing state of the art solutions for internal and external customers.  

What your job will look like:

  • Designing and developing SW features and infrastructure
  • Developing APIs
  • Collaborating with team mates and internal customers to define requirements, designs and test plans
  • Redesigning legacy code to enable new capabilities
  • Working in an Agile work environment as part of a scrum team
  • Linux environment with Gitlab
  • Development mostly in Python (Object Oriented), Groovy, Go, Bash
  • Transitioning an old C++ build system (WAF) to Bazel
  • Integrations with Devops tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, ELK, K8S, Docker, LSF etc, and working with IT when needed

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
  • Over 8 years of experience as a backend / full stack developer
  • Background with Hi tech industry
  • Strong SW Engineering skills
  • Experience in CI Tools and Technologies: Git, Jenkins, ELK, Kibana, K8S
  • Experience in Build Systems, advantage - Bazel
  • Experience in development on Linux
  • Experience in Python, Groovy, Bash

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Java, C++, Go
  • Experience with Web UI Technologies - Angular, React, JS and UX experience
  • Previous knowledge and/or experience of various Cloud platforms with AWS, Azure, GCP and tools as Ansible, Terraform
