Planner for Maintenance Department - Temporary Position

What will your job look like:

• Overseeing the planning and coordination of preventive and routine maintenance for company facilities
• Creating and implementing maintenance plans for critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire detection
• Monitoring performance, generating detailed reports, tracking progress, and managing maintenance budgets
• Strategically scheduling maintenance tasks for buildings and systems across the campus
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers
• Aligning maintenance activities with requests and priorities from managers and internal teams
• Streamlining maintenance processes and recommending improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Minimizing downtime and operational disruptions through effective maintenance management
• Assisting project managers with expertise and support on maintenance-related initiatives

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in facility or building maintenance, or campus management
• Expertise in planning and optimizing maintenance systems
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in planning and executing preventive maintenance
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Office applications, including the ability to create reports and presentations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiations
