Description

Our team primarily focuses on detecting and classifying objects in images or videos. The main goal of the data engineer is to enhance productivity and ensure a smooth development lifecycle for our teams. It involves managing data processes, developing tools and processes to optimize data pipelines, and supporting data tools. As a Data Engineer, you will contribute to defining, managing, and analyzing our diverse range of data systems and frameworks and take on a leadership role within the team

What will your job look like:

  • Define and manage data processes.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Lead the data effort within the group, providing technical guidance and driving innovation.  
  • Collaborate with algorithmic and software developers to integrate data solutions into their workflows.
  • Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Ensure data quality and security across all processes and systems.
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, data management, and analysis.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with numpy, pandas, CI/CD pipelines, pyspark. 
  • Leadership skills and Passion for solving complex data problems.
  • Expertise in distributed data systems, ETL processes, and data analysis frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines- nice to have
  • A commitment to using cutting-edge technology and best practices in data engineering
