Job Description

What you do 

• Present DFS to PCB factories in operational terms (yield, OEE, scrap, traceability) 

• Run on-site discovery: map process, data, problems 

• Define trial scope, data needs, and success criteria 

• Coordinate trial execution between customer and DFS team 

• Turn trial results into clear technical justification for contracts 

• Write structured visit notes and requirement inputs 

• Feed Voice of Customer into DFS product team 

• Support business development with technical credibility 

• Travel regularly to customer sites 

What you deliver 

• Trial definitions with measurable KPIs 

• Visit reports with data inventory and gaps 

• Requirement inputs for DFS team 

• Trial-to-contract conversion support 

• Ongoing regional opportunity pipeline 

Profile 

• PCB / automation / industrial software background 

• Understands factory processes and data sources (PLC, SCADA, MES) 

• Clear, structured communicator with customers 

• Comfortable in a technical-commercial role 

• Willing to travel frequently
