A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Mechanical Engineer at MKS Korea in PSA Engineering team, you will partner with Internal Teams to develop, support our products. In this role, you will report to the Senior Engineering Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• 3D Modeling and Design

1) Create and modify 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.

2) Participate in design reviews and contribute to product development discussions.

• Technical Documentation

1) Prepare and update engineering documentation including 2D drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).

2) Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and quality requirements.

• Simulation and Analysis

1) Conduct fluid dynamics simulations using tools such as ANSYS or SolidWorks Flow Simulation to evaluate thermal and flow performance.

2) Interpret simulation results and suggest design improvements.

• Manufacturing and Assembly Support

1) Review and assist in the fabrication and assembly processes of mechanical parts and systems.

2) Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D Modeling and Mechanical Design

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

• Analyze product design through Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).

• Basic understanding of fluid mechanics and simulation tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation).

• Interest in the semiconductor industry and mechanical system design.

• English skills are mandatory
