Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Field Service Engineer - Ozone at VSD, you will partner with Customers to support. In this role, you will report to the VSD Filed Service Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:
• Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
• Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
• Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
• Responsible for operational quality of system equipment
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• 3+ years of related experience
• Driver’s license

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Vacuum System

• Knowledge of Semi-conductor

• English communication skill
• Knowledge of Ozone systems
