Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Field Service Engineer who can…

• Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

• Assist customers to use MKS equipment smoothly

• Preliminary contact for all of customers’ system problems

• Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty.

• Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till closure

• Build up and maintain good customer relationships

• Reporting to Regional service manager

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity are:

• At least 5 years of Flex/HDI PCB or Laser hardware service experiences

• At least university qualifications in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering

• Has the flexibility to travel domestically and regionally as required

• Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to communicate and write technical reports in English
  Ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage
