About the Team

We are customer-facing technical leaders who represent the Miro brand by articulating business value and applying thought and practical leadership to drive solutions wins for our customers.

About the Role

As an Channel Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our technical partnership with various cloud services partners and channel to help them position the strength of the Miro platform on our behalf. You will be responsible for helping to create and deliver technical enablement to these partners as well as supporting meaningful deals directly. This role requires proven cross-functional skills, particularly in collaborating with product teams, and preferably includes experience working through a channel as well as developer evangelism.

What you’ll do

  • Program Ownership: Take ownership of the technical side of the Partner program at Miro to ensure our partner SEs are well equipped to sell Miro to the best of their ability
  • Project Management: Coordinate the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the demo environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Content Curation: Curate and create compelling demo content, including presentations, videos, scripts, and interactive demos, to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions
  • Content Review: Collaborate with subject matter experts to review and validate demo content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with customer needs and market trends
  • Content Sourcing: Identify and source third-party content, such as industry benchmarks, case studies, and testimonials, to enrich our demo presentations and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Evangelism: Serve as a passionate advocate for our products and solutions, delivering engaging demos and presentations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy
  • Overlay support: act as the SME for AWS for our GTM organization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to gather feedback, prioritize requirements, and ensure that the demo environment meets the needs of various stakeholders
  • Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to enable sales teams, partners, and customers to effectively leverage the demo environment to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Developer Evangelism (Nice to Have): Leverage your background in developer evangelism to engage with developer communities, advocate for our platform, and foster innovation through hackathons, meetups, and developer outreach programs

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in product ownership, project management, or related roles
  • Strong cross-functional skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience in content creation, curation, and review, preferably in a technology or software environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Developer evangelism or enablement experience is a plus
