Associate Solutions Engineer

As an Associate Solutions Engineer  in our MiQ Analytics department, you’ll have the chance to:

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and ensure the execution of custom solutions
• Creating project proposals, automating and executing repeatable workflows, building dashboards and presentations to deliver technical outputs
• Crisp and clear communication to external partners or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
• Working with clients to understand current challenges and formulate problem statements to be further developed into custom solutions
• Being the voice of the market and collaborating with product, engineering, and analytics teams to identify market opportunities to fuel product innovation
• Providing technical assistance alongside other departments to develop existing solutions and find new solutions for MiQ clients

What you’ll bring  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 1-2 years in the field of programmatic media, digital marketing, or analytics preferred
• Experience with data analysis, data design, and technical storytelling
• Experience working with clients and solving their media & analytics needs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau
• Experience in project management a plus 
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Pay Transparency 

  For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.

  Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
