About the role

We’re looking for professional, reliable Security Team Members to support the safe and smooth delivery of our Candlelight events.

You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests, performers and the wider event team, while responding calmly and confidently to any issues that arise.

What you’ll do 🧑‍💼

• Monitor the venue and event spaces

• Welcome guests while maintaining a safe environment

• Manage access and respond to any security concerns

• Support crowd management and guest flow

• Monitor entrances, exits and restricted areas

• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents

• Work closely with the event team and venue staff

• Complete any required security checks and reporting

A valid SIA or PSA (Ireland) licence and previous event security experience are required.
