Position Overview
This role is essential in configuring, developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4 ERP systems. The Senior ERP Developer will ensure the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of business-critical ERP systems, supporting and enhancing our business operations. Working in a highly collaborative team environment, this role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork to deliver ERP solutions that align with business goals. As a Senior ERP Developer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Minitab’s success and help shape the future of our business operations through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with ERP modules (CRM, Finance, Marketing, HCM, EPM) and custom application development within PaaS environments
- Proficiency in relevant ERP frameworks (Oracle ADF/JET, SAP Fiori/UI5)
- Familiar with ERP-based integrations using OIC, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms

PAID TIME OFF: Paid holidays, as well as 4 weeks of annual paid time off are provided. The annual paid time off increases one week every five years.
