Job Description
- 5+ years experience in LEC, Equipment Manufacturer or ISP environment preferred
- Proficiency with all primary Microsoft Office and related software applications.
- Technical certification and/or on the job technical training certificates preferred
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and demanding customer environment.
- Strong understanding of T1, relative makeup, common applications, circuit composition, installation/repair process, and fault isolation procedures.
Minimum Education:
- Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
