Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide our engineering team in the development and optimization of our mental health and well-being platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture and be proficient in Python, AWS, and GCP. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making key technical decisions and ensuring the scalability and security of our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our mental health app's architecture and technical design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and support the engineering team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in system architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a track record of successful projects.
- Expertise in Python programming language.
- Proven experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
