Buscamos un perfil junior con atención al detalle y curiosidad analítica para sumarse como Data & Reporting Analyst Jr (Part time 6 horas diarias)
Vas a ser una pieza clave para mantener nuestras bases de datos en HubSpot limpias y confiables, y para generar la reportería que los equipos de Ventas, Marketing y Pre-Sales usan para tomar decisiones.
Responsabilidades

Mantenimiento y limpieza de datos: Deduplicación, normalización de campos y actualización de propiedades en las bases de HubSpot.

Reportería y dashboards: Creación y mantenimiento de reportes y dashboards en HubSpot (pipeline, performance de campañas, métricas de ventas y marketing) 📊

Segmentaciones: Armado de listas y segmentaciones para campañas, análisis y automatizaciones.

Documentación: Documentación de procesos y definición de propiedades/campos del CRM.

Colaboración en equipo: Trabajo conjunto con Sales Ops y Marketing para identificar necesidades de reportería y proponer mejoras.
Requisitos

Estudiante avanzado o recién graduado de Administración, Economía, Sistemas, Marketing, Data Analytics o carreras afines. 🎓

Manejo de Excel/Google Sheets a nivel intermedio-avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).

Conocimiento de HubSpot (deseable, no excluyente) o experiencia con algún CRM.

Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad de datos.

Capacidad analítica y curiosidad para entender qué dice la data.
