We're looking for a CLOUD ENGINEER to join our team!

As a Cloud Engineer you will be part of an agile team of developers working with all the pieces of a system - from writing code to spin up cloud infrastructures, to driving root cause analysis, all while making sure you have fun learning and building things. We are looking for mid-level and senior-level engineers with at least five years of experience and an appetite for solving complex problems.

Note: Depending on the project and our clients' needs, you may get the chance to pack your bags and take off every now and then. Typically, we estimate travel time to be between 0% and 15%.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;
  • Solving complex problems and creating seamless user interactions to world-class standards;
  • Taking ownership of your code every step of the way - from development to deployment and maintenance.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Good understanding of how the Internet and Web applications work under the hood;
  • Understanding of metrics, logs, distributed tracing and everything around observability;
  • Knowledge of containers and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes, Docker;
  • Experience using Cloud provider - Azure;
  • Good knowledge of configuration management frameworks such as Ansible;
  • Experience working with Infrastructure automation frameworks such as Terraform, Cloud Formation;
  • Experience maintaining applications in a production environment;
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub actions, BitBucket pipelines and other CI/CD automation frameworks;
  • Excellent technical communication and the ability to discuss complex technical issues at an abstract level with non-technical people;
  • Good knowledge of configuration management frameworks such as Ansible;
  • Experience using Cloud provider - Azure;
  • Comfortable with DevOps methodologies and best practices;
  • Knowledge of one or more programming language such as Ruby, Python, Bash or Javascript;
  • Experience roaming around Linux/Unix systems and pinpointing problem root causes;
  • Experience with GraphQL, Snowflake, DataDog is a plus;
  • Fluency in English.
