Meet the Team

The Ops Control team sits within Operations & Middle Office and serves as the oversight and control layer across the post-trade lifecycle. The team helps ensure the accuracy of positions, PnL, regulatory reporting, and data integrity across the firm’s trading operations, partnering closely with Middle Office, Technology, Compliance, and Finance across Millennium globally.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale AI-powered applications and integrations that support risk and operational control workflows
• Implement, refine, and productionize AI/ML solutions in Python
• Develop web applications and internal tools using Flask and Django
• Build and support integrations across equity and derivatives, order management, pricing, and related enterprise platforms
• Deploy and manage applications across Linux and Windows environments
• Develop and maintain applications, interfaces, and data workflows using SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support reliable, automated deployments
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, production-ready solutions

What You Bring

• 9+ years of full-stack development experience with deep expertise in Python
• Experience implementing AI-generated or AI-assisted solutions in production environments
• Hands-on experience using Claude and other LLMs to accelerate development and problem-solving
• Strong proficiency with Flask and Django for building scalable applications
• Advanced experience with Pandas, NumPy, and related Python libraries
• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration experience
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including complex SQL development
• Experience with deployment and engineering tools including Apache, Nginx, IIS, Gunicorn, uWSGI, GitHub, Jenkins, and JIRA, along with strong communication skills (edited)
