- Create user-facing communications, training materials, product briefs, one-pagers, and release notes that translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder needs, and field questions into structured product requirements, working closely with the product manager to prioritize the roadmap.
- Support program management of AI initiatives across the firm, including senior leadership reporting, cross-team status tracking, and building automated systems to capture the firm’s AI book of work.

- A track record building scalable onboarding workflows, support processes, or self-service tooling using AI
- Dashboard and reporting proficiency (SQL, Tableau, Datadog, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce user-facing documentation, product briefs, marketing materials, and training content.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Ideally prior experience as software engineering background and/or in Financial services industry experience within an alternative investment firm.
