Market Connectivity Project Manager

Millennium is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the Equities Technology team. This role involves working as part of a global team responsible for onboarding and maintaining connectivity to all external venues, including sell-side and third-party OMS/EMS solutions and exchanges. The business analyst will engage directly with internal stakeholders and external counterparts in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests ranging from small daily tasks to larger multi-team projects.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Analyze, implement, and certify new and enhanced connections between Millennium’s trading infrastructure and external destinations.
• Work across teams to onboard new venues, new products, and new trading services within Millennium.
• Liaise with stakeholders across trading and technology to define requirements, prioritize projects, and manage expectations.
• Document and educate internal teams, including portfolio managers, on internal product offerings.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of FIX protocol..
• Strong knowledge of market microstructure across key global markets.
• Demonstrated cross-asset project experience, with a focus on Equities, Options, and Futures.
• Familiarity with FIX, Linux, Sybase, SQL, LAN, and WAN.
• Ability to communicate ideas, requirements, and results across disparate teams.
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Initiative, good attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, while prioritizing conflicting requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team, while also assuming responsibility for your own work.
