Job Duties: Serve in a high-value, high-visibility role handling escalations for our customers. Create MicroStrategy dashboards, reports and applications. Provide inbound feedback (ranging from simple steps to comprehensive suggested feature specification) to MicroStrategy Product teams based on feedback and issues from customers. Report product/customer Defects and User Stories and work with the Product Managers and Product Owners on prioritizing issues in the product roadmap. Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. Work with our SET and Quality teams to determine, negotiate and align on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Specify quality requirements of the MicroStrategy product. Review documentation and provide comprehensive feedback on how to improve the quality of customer experience. Record, analyze and distribute statistical information about the MicroStrategy product. Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of the MicroStrategy product. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to MicroStrategy’s Tysons Corner, VA office is required.

Minimum Requirements:  Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) HTML; (3) CSS; (4) Python; (5) MySQL; (6) Reporting and Data Analytics; (7) Business Intelligence tools;(8) Algorithm and Data Structures;(9) R. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to MicroStrategy’s Tysons Corner, VA office is required. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Salary: $138,000.00 - $178,100.00 per annum.
