We are looking for a Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Data and Analytics & AI, who is passionate about driving our customers’ transformation on Microsoft Azure. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, and operational health engagements

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ experience working in a customer-facing role, working with executives and managing various stakeholders (e.g., executives, data science/analytics teams, IT managers).
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient project delivery.
- Experience with Spark and Databricks is preferred.
- Experience in integrating disparate data systems and ensuring seamless data flow between systems and application
- Experience in data modelling, data warehouses, and database design
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in Deep AI, GenAI and ML.
- Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Familiarity with DevOps for AI and ML and end-to-end ML pipeline management.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience in ML model selection, inference optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity in vector databases and LLM caching mechanisms,
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

- You will be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
- You will maintain technical skills and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers on Azure platform.
- You will accelerate customer outcomes - Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes and obtain relevant accreditations and certifications.
