FastTrack for Azure (FTA) is a customer success service that helps customers confidently onboard to Azure and get them on the right track to build it right and architect it right, the first time. FTA takes a solution-centric approach and provides customers with Engineering resources, best practices and tools that drive Azure adoption and success.
 
 
 
We are looking for a Customer Experience Engineer bringing a balance of technical expertise on Azure Security along with good cloud experience and a passion to drive customer success.
knowledge of cybersecurity domains in Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud services
 
Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud
 
Technical experience and knowledge in foundational AI, architecture design, with depth / Subject Matter Expertise in security.
 
Technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends and knowledge of competitive Landscape: of cloud security platforms and competitors; Subject Matter Expertise in two or more of the following security solutions:
 
Threat protection, SIEM and Incident Response; Extended Detection and Response (XDR); Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR); Security Operation Center Management; Identity and Access Management; Cloud Infrastructure; Cloud Security; Data Security;
 
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure including Azure network security, Log Analytics and Azure Logic Apps
 
Practical hands-on and architectural experience with public cloud hyperscalers (Azure, AWS or GCP)
 
Track record of project delivery both as an individual and as part of a team
 
Experience working with enterprise customers.
 
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers by having excellent customer service skills, good oral and written communication.

Areas of responsibility:
 
Deliver on well-defined customer projects and/or engagements, focusing on learning about customer needs and challenges in the customer journey and using that knowledge to identify adoption gaps and challenges to enable FTA to continuously refine scenario prioritization and customer engagement scope.
 
Contribute to broader ecosystem to enhance existing customer and partner capabilities by contributing insights and content to channels such as Microsoft Learn, Azure Docs, Azure Advisor, and envision new AI assisted methods for preventing, predicting, and addressing adoption challenges and improve the overall customer journey.
 
Exhibit technical expertise by actively participating in the FTA engineers community leveraging technical skills and sharing knowledge and experience with peers.
 
Collaborate with the project team to engage, by delivering customer success projects, to deliver impactful learnings and improvements for all, while maintaining technical excellence, providing architectural and technical solution guidance.
 
Ensure security and quality in delivery, by contributing to initiatives that improve FTA and by maintaining high data quality and operational excellence.
