We are searching for future Microsoft engineers who want to work on the latest technologies to build distributed systems at hyperscale. We have several roles open within the team across our portfolio of localization and content services. Backend engineering, frontend engineering, data engineering, etc. – we are hiring across all specialty areas. You will work in a small team of world-class engineers to build, extend, and modernize our services so that we can serve the world in localizing and delivering amazing M365 content to help customers achieve and do more. 

You will have a unique opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies and develop scalable Azure services using a mix of in-house and open-source technologies. This role has strong executive sponsorship, a lot of cross group work with other teams, and opportunity for technical leadership and advancement. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Solid Object-Oriented Design and Programming skills.
• Technical competence and strong analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid customer focus and understanding of the importance of live site engineering 
• Solid written and oral communication skills 
• Desirable experience in the following tech areas: 
  • Cloud framework: Azure, Service Fabric, Azure Search, Node.js. 
  • NoSQL data storage: DocumentDB, Cassandra. 
  • Web technologies: ReactJS, AngularJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS 
  • Experience and interest in AI, ML, and NLP.
