Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
•  Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering applications that are performant, reliable, accessible, and secure.
• Familiar with Agile practices, frequent app releases, and the modern software development lifecycle.
• Skilled in instrumenting applications and utilizing analytics and A/B testing to drive feature development.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Advanced Degree: A master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing secure coding standards.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Cross-Platform Development: Experience with cross-platform development frameworks and tools.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
