As part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot India team, you will help shape the future of productivity by building the flagship Microsoft 365 Copilot App on Windows. Your work will directly impact how users engage with voice, vision, and context-aware AI agents--powered by  MCP.  With a rapidly growing footprint, this is your opportunity to build at scale with purpose.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software development experience with C, C++, and Windows app development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to independently handle design and implementation of features of moderate to high complexity.
• Experience with agile development practices and large-scale commercial product cycles.
• Exposure to multimodal input (voice, vision) or AI-powered UX is a plus.
