We are looking for a highly driven, self-directed, results-oriented Software Engineer II to define, drive and execute the support cost reduction effort by improving Software Engineer II self help, customer troubleshooting scenarios, and agent troubleshooting scenarios to reduce time to resolve customer issues. As a developer on the team, you will work across teams to implement the features and work needed to improve support costs and customer satisfaction. To succeed, you will work in partnership with program management and with partner teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Design and development experience in web and RESTful services.
- Strong problem solving skills, great teamwork, and passion to delight customers.
- Ability to motivate and work with other developers.
- Solid OOD/OOP knowledge and skill. Dot Net & C# knowledge is a plus.
